Covid19 Important update –
In these uncertain times, I want to assure you that I am here to help. I believe that those who are bereaved should receive the same standards of care as under normal circumstances, and so will work with you to understand your needs at this time, and to ensure you that I can provide you with the information required.
For those of you who are naturally concerned about how things will be different because of the Covid virus, please contact me and I will be on hand to answer your concerns and queries. I can answer questions, clarify points and hopefully allay fears. Call me on 0790 200 8055
A MEMORIAL SERVICE
As a Celebrant, I can also start to work with you to create a memorial event with you which can then take place at a later date. This option at least gives you the opportunity to take time to think about and honour the person who has died, which I believe will be helpful for grieving.
A funeral is a chance to say goodbye yet also celebrate the life of the person who has died.
To help you achieve this, I can assist in choosing an appropriate venue, music, poems & readings. I will write, or help you to write the Eulogy (tribute), ensuring to reflect the life, character, beliefs & values of your loved one.
On the day, I will conduct the ceremony ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible. Support is given to family & friends if they wish to be involved in the ceremony, such as reading the eulogy or a poem. Good communication with the family is important to me, ensuring that all possibilities are covered. Non-denominational, all faiths welcome. Individual and personal preferences are heard.
The extensive training I received from Green Fuse (Devon, UK) is accredited by The Open College Network. Green Fuse are highly recommended by The Good Funeral Guide. As an Independent Funeral Celebrant, I listen carefully to families wishes. My role is to help you create a personal ceremony that reflects the life of your loved one with honour and integrity.
